Great shortage verdict coming my way …?

Hello everyone, I am in my 40's, single and have large real estate debts an original (and Rental real estate) that have both road under water in Oregon, and I have to laidoff. I am sure that will probably follow me the lender with a deficiency Case come when I stop the payment and to displace them in the end. I 2nd Rent a house that I own free and clear, and I'm thinking seriously about it Sell ASAP () someone make a bargain for the money before I laidoff and was only slightly for a few years (off the grid receive the pay, etc.) account and Residence in another state. My question is welcome to my situation / background, and with all the various exceptions to every state, what state would be best to get back on when the creditors start coming after me? I've heard that Texas is the best, but I better like the Rocky Mountains, that is New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana and Idaho.

If you own your primary residence in the states of Texas and Florida, no creditor can take away under any circumstances. As far as any take other reasonable exceptions, there is little difference between the states.
