Assess counseling on patent process.?
We would all dearly as free energy available. There are at least a dozen U.S. patents approved, I found that claim overunity devices from 1910 to 2006. The following 2006 Patent claims overunity power of 10:1, or 10 times the output power to input power. http://www.freepatentsonline.com/7053576.html Question: If a device patent is approved, it has been thoroughly tested and everything stated in the patent, be true? Or maybe just the initial "Claims" section. If so, then it seems we can throw away our oil cans and free to live our lives with energy, according to the claims by many U.S. and international patents. As the patent process does work related to testing and validity of claims? Please advice. Lloyd
It does not. Patent examiners are not responsible for ensuring that the device may have been the _actually the patented works_, is a patent examiner only if the device has been patented before too. I think there are a number of patents for perpetual motion, but that does not mean they work.:)
